We had a great meeting today, with 13 attendees, one of whom was our seminarian, Dylan Prentice.
We discussed chapter 6 of our book, “Surrounded By Love”, a great deal of which dealt various aspects of God’s creation and our care of the Earth, which God created to sustain us. We also discussed Article 16 of our Rule, which deals with work. Members shared how work for them is a service, a grace, a giving, and a sharing in God’s act of creation; they described how we exhibit patience, respect, love, care, and more towards those with whom we perform our work. Several shared how the Holy Spirit moved them to behave in certain ways to better serve His will.
Several members requested prayers; a list of these was sent to the fraternity’s email list.
